Day 0, Feb 11,2020 Tuesday
Had setup alarm at 6 AM, snoozed it a couple time and slept off till 8 AM.
Day 1, Feb 12,2020 Wednesday
Had setup alarm at 6 AM, woke up and was lying down for a couple minutes, then got ready and went to the lake in Bike.
Took a stroll around the lake in the clockwise direction and measured it using Google Fit app, it was little over 2KM (something like 2.08). The starting and ending was near the road, so there was a bit of traffic noise which is kind of distracting. So, made a metal note to start in Anti-clockwise direction everyday. Then walked some distance (roughly 150 meters) in Anti-clock wise direction and found a stone bench, did minor (side belly stretching) exercise for like 30 seconds.
Sat down, relaxed for a bit, played the last 24hrs in my mind, thought about the good things and things to improve, made a menta note in mind about the things to do for the coming day. Then meditated for some time and came back home.
Day 2, Feb 13,2020 Thursday
Alarm at 6 AM, got up immediately, freshened up and went to the lake. Did a quick 30 second warmup. Started jogging in the anti-clock wise direction as decided with Google Fit tracking.
Walked whenever I needed to catch a breath and then started again, never stopped anywhere and finished the round. Then walked back in clockwise direction a bit further (About 200meters) and found another stone bench and made a mental note to make this one my regular one and did some stretching exercise for a couple mins.
Sat down, ran through the last 24hrs in my mind, made some mental notes, meditated and came back home. Had a good lemon-honey tea in hotwater, made by mother-in-law, it was delicios.
Saw the single 5KG double, took ot and did a few basix exercises like Biceps, Triceps, shoulder, side trummy stretching etc for 12 counts.
By the end of the day started to feel the slight pain in legs, bit severe pain in the shoulders and the back, couldn’t sleep properly and also went to bed late around 11.30ish due to office work.
Day 3, Feb 14,2020 Friday
Alarm at 6 AM, snoozed it and was lying for a couple mins and got up to a thud sound from the door stopper when my father-in-law tried going to the bathroom. Got up and was sitting for a few mins and then got ready and reached the lake.
Did the full circle with walking & jogging without stops and walked back to my spot and did some stretches and sat down on the stone bench. Ran back the 24hrs, planned ahead and tried to do meditation. Too many thoughts and overthinking of stuff. Finally, came back home.
Did the regluar dumbell exercise while mom-in-law made the lemon-honey tea and then drank it. Was feeling shoulder and back pain throughout the day.
Day 4, Feb 15,2020 Saturday
Alarm at 6 AM, got up, sat down for a couple mins, freshened up and reached the lake.
Did my stretches and started the regular jog, but battery was low, so Google Fit couldn’t track location and elevation, so the reading was not accurete for the day. 30% of the jog in, saw some kind of martial arts practise near the school ground, stopped there for a couple mins to watch it and learned a new trick.
Then continued the walk and jog, finished it, and walked back to my spot. Did the usual stretches and added a dozen situps to my stretches and then sat down.
Relaxed for a while, played back the 24hrs and made notes, still was trying to overthink things but somehow my mind kept it under control (lesser than yesterday), then decided to keep the day light without much plans. Meditated for a few mins.
Watched many bird photigraphers came in to shoot the birds with really long lenses and stuff, watching them, wanted to buy a good camera. Was thinking of ways to make money and monetise the blog and decided to post my photos for free like Unsplash but will accept any money offered. Also have a support this blog through shopping for the stuff in affiliate marketing and make things explicitly clear, was also thinking of making and selling some courses.
Decided to do the DNS-01 letsencrypt challenge and write a blog about it over the weekend and start this journal. Sat down till 8.30 and came home and did my regular dumbel exercises and then had lemon-honey-tea prepared by wife.
Not having the excruciating pain like the previous day, feeling much better today.
